There are no age restrictions for signing up.
Users can delete their accounts via the "My Account" dashboard.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

SchedNext offers both monthly and yearly subscription plans.
A 30-day trial period is available. However, we do not offer refunds.
Users can cancel their subscriptions by not renewing for the next billing cycle.

4. User Responsibilities & Restrictions

Users must not engage in spamming, illegal activities, or abusive behavior.
Third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, social media, email services) are supported, but we are not responsible for their performance or any related issues.

5. Content & Data Ownership

Users retain ownership of all content they upload to the platform.
SchedNext does not claim rights to use or distribute user-generated content.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect analytics and non-sensitive user data.
User data may be shared with third-party applications if integrated by the user.
SchedNext complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy regulations.

7. Service Availability & Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or uptime.
In case of hacking or data loss, user data may be lost.
SchedNext is not liable for any damages or losses incurred while using the platform.

8. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of our policies (e.g., abuse, misconduct).
Terminated accounts will lose access to their stored data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
