Terms of service (draft)
Beta service
SchedNext is in private beta. It is provided as-is, may change, and may have interruptions. Don't rely on it as your only record of appointments yet.
Your responsibilities
Keep your login secure, only collect client data you have a right to collect, and give your clients the information your local law requires.
Not for health data
Do not use SchedNext to store medical or other special-category health information.
Fees
The beta is free. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before introducing paid plans.
Suspension
We may suspend a business or a login if it breaks these terms, is used for fraud or spam, puts clients or the service at risk, or if the law requires it. While a business is suspended its booking page is offline and no new bookings can be made; existing bookings and cancellations keep working. We tell the owner why, unless the law or an investigation prevents it, and lift the suspension once the issue is resolved.
Ending the service
You can stop using the service and delete your business or account at any time. We may delete a business on your request, or after a suspension that isn’t resolved; we tell the owner first where we can.
