Customers, notes and privacy requests

Customer records, private notes, and how to export or erase someone's data.

Everyone who books appears under Customers, with their contact details and appointment history. Search by name or email.

Private notes

Add notes only your team can see — gate codes, preferences, the type of car. Don't store health information.

Privacy requests

If a customer asks what data you hold or asks you to delete it (their rights under GDPR and similar laws), open the customer and:

  • Export data (JSON) — downloads everything we hold about them for your business.
  • Erase personal data — removes their name, email, phone and notes. Appointment history is kept without their details, so your records still add up.

Only owners and admins can export or erase.

Deleting your business or your account

  • Delete the business: the owner goes to Settings → Account, types the business name and their password. This permanently removes the booking page, services, team access, customers and all bookings. Customers aren't notified. Cancel a paid plan in Plan & billing first.
  • Delete your login: Settings → Account → Delete my account (or the link at the bottom of the setup page). If you own a business, delete it first. Team members can delete their own login at any time; the business keeps its bookings.

Both are permanent and can't be undone.
