Plans and billing

SchedNext is free during the private beta, with every feature. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before paid plans start, and you can always stay on Free.

Euro prices exclude VAT. If your business currency (under Settings → General) is US dollars, you pay the same amounts in dollars, plus sales tax where it applies. Once a subscription has started it stays in the currency it started in.

Free includes unlimited bookings, your booking page, confirmations and reminders, customer self-service, the waitlist, service area, busy-time blocking from your own calendar and Clear a day. Your pages show "Powered by SchedNext".

Solo, Team and Business add: no "Powered by SchedNext", your booking page on your own website, your own booking questions, repeating bookings, bookings in your own calendar app, thank-you emails with a review link, and reports.

The owner chooses a plan under Plan & billing, monthly or yearly. Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers. You can add your company's VAT number at checkout. Manage billing opens Stripe's page where you can change your card, download invoices or cancel.

If you move to a plan without a feature you were using, your settings are kept but the feature stops: for example booking questions aren't asked and your calendar link stops listing bookings. Moving back turns it on again. If the people limit is reached, you'll be asked to upgrade before adding more bookable people.
