Reports

Reports (paid plans, owners and admins) shows a period of your choice, up to a year, counted by the day the visit takes place in your business's time zone:

• Bookings, hours booked, completed visits, no-shows, cancellations and the cancellation rate.
• Value of bookings: the service prices at the time of booking, without no-shows. SchedNext doesn't take payments, so this is what was booked, not what you were paid.
• New customers (their first booking with you is in the period) and returning ones.
• Bookings per day, busiest weekdays and start times, and totals per service and per team member.

Download CSV gives every booking in the period, with customer details, for your bookkeeping or a spreadsheet. The file contains personal data: store it safely and delete it when you no longer need it. Each download is recorded in your business's activity log.
