Working hours, days off and time off
Weekly hours, split shifts, one-off days off and blocked time — and how timezones work.
Go to Team & hours and pick a person.
Weekly hours
Tick the days you work and set start and end times. Need a lunch break? Use + Add window to split a day into two (for example 8:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00). Click Save hours when you're done.
Days off and special hours
Under Days off and special hours, pick a date and click Mark as day off. That date ignores the weekly hours. Remember to click Save hours.
Time off
Use Time off to block part of a day or several days — a dentist appointment, a holiday. Existing bookings aren't cancelled automatically; check your calendar and move them if needed.
Busy times from your other calendars
You can also block times that are already busy in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. See Connect your other calendars.
Timezones
Each person's hours are in their own timezone (by default, the business timezone). Customers see times in their timezone on your booking page, with the timezone shown, and can switch to yours. Daylight-saving changes are handled automatically — 9:00 stays 9:00 on your clock.
Who can change hours
Owners and admins can edit everyone's hours. Staff can edit their own.
